Our lawyers have special expertise and great depth of experience in all matters relating to bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.  We have represented some of the largest technology companies in California as secured and unsecured creditors, serving on many creditors' committees on behalf of these clients.  Our lawyers have helped these companies meet their goals and obtain favorable outcomes in numerous restructurings, reorganizations and asset liquidations.

We have taken a leading role in the restructuring of large and small technology companies.   Our lawyers represent lenders to high-technology companies, as well as high tech manufacturers that have extended credit to distributors, resellers, and end users.  We are experts relating to the disposition of intellectual property assets in bankruptcy.

Our lawyers have also represented secured creditors, equipment lessors, vendors, and acquirers in both Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts.   We represent lenders in the context of bankruptcy proceedings, acquisition of assets in bankruptcy, and post-petition financings.   We have extensive experience both bringing and defending bankruptcy preference actions.

More generally, clients look to us in "troubled debt" situations.  We have special expertise in real estate foreclosure and receivership actions and in restructuring real estate transactions.  We also handle matters such as debt restructuring, relief from the automatic stay, and cash collateral hearings.  We have represented creditor clients in the successful prosecution of involuntary bankruptcy petitions, complaints to determine dischargeability of debt, and objections to confirmation of plans of reorganization.
