Friedman Dumas & Springwater LLP was founded in 2003 to serve our clients in our specialty practice areas of Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Commercial Finance, General Business Transactions and Commercial Litigation. The firm's Commercial Finance lawyers have extensive experience in asset-based lending, including receivables and inventory financing, flooring arrangements and project finance. One of our partners is a recognized expert in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Another partner publishes in the area of equipment leasing and bankruptcy in a leading treatise. A team of our lawyers developed the contract manufacturing agreements utilized by a world-wide technology company.
