and Insolvency, Commercial
Finance, General Business Transactions and Commercial

Our clients receive service-oriented high quality legal representation.
Our lawyers hold top credentials and have broad expertise in our
practice areas. Our partners and senior counsel each have over

highly-ranked law schools, and most left large law firm practices
to join us. Our size allows us to deliver quality legal services
at competitive rates.
The firm's Commercial Finance lawyers have extensive experience

developed a particular expertise in sales of credit card portfolios.
One of our partners is a recognized expert in Article 9 of the
Uniform Commercial Code. Another partner publishes in the area
of equipment leasing and bankruptcy in a leading treatise. Due
to our cross-over expertise in bankruptcy, our finance lawyers
are particularly skilled in debt restructuring and distressed

Our Bankruptcy and Insolvency representations include debtors, official
creditor's committees and secured and unsecured creditors. We
counsel clients seeking to acquire assets in bankruptcy, including
intellectual property assets.
In General Business Transactions, the firm has particular expertise

our practice in renewable energy procurement and transmission
to meet the growing demand for expertise in green power.
The firm's Commercial Litigation practice includes all aspects of
bankruptcy litigation as well as enforcement of creditor's rights
in real and personal property. Our lawyers have tried numerous
cases to verdict and compete favorably with the largest firms
