Stefanie A. Elkins

Stefanie A. Elkins is an associate with Friedman Dumas & Springwater LLP whose practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, with an emphasis in bankruptcy-related litigation. Ms. Elkins worked as a junior clerk for the Honorable Martin Jenkins, United States District Court, Northern District of California. Before practicing law Ms. Elkins held several positions managing investor relations for publically traded companies where she worked on IPOs, secondary offerings, acquisitions, SOQ compliance, 10Ks, and 10Qs. Most recently she held the position of director of investor relations for Ariba, Inc.

 

Ms. Elkins received her B.A. from Vassar College in 1991 and her J.D. with highest honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco . Ms. Elkins was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007. Ms. Elkins is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
