Mark Fogelman Elected 2010 President
of Conference of California Public Utility Counsel.

partner Mark Fogelman has been elected 2010 President of the
Conference of California Public Utilities Counsel (“CCPUC”)
by the organization’s Board of Directors.
The CCPUC is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation that has
been in existence for over 20 years, and is registered as a
specialty bar association with the state bar of California.
Its membership consists primarily of attorneys practicing in
the areas of energy, telecommunications, transportation, and
water, and represents a cross-section of the public utility
bar in California. Many of its members work for private law
firms, public utilities, telecommunications carriers, water
companies, cable companies, electric service providers, natural
gas companies, public interest organizations and industry associations,
and its membership includes California Public Utilities Commission
attorneys and Administrative Law Judges.
The CCPUC is a certified MCLE provider dedicated to providing
education and training on current issues pertaining to utility
regulation at both the state and federal levels. It offers a
variety of programs throughout the year designed to provide
educational as well as networking opportunities to its members.
Its goal is to foster good will among those who regularly practice
in this area and to welcome and educate newer members of the
