Friedman to Speak at BASF Panel on Revised Article 9

4/30/04 - Ellen Friedman will participate in a panel discussion entitled "How Are the Court's Doing With Revised Article 9?" sponsored by presented by the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.  The panel will discuss judicial developments and their influence on risk assessment, negotiation and the opinion process in secured transactions.  The panel will be presented in San Francisco on May 11, 2004.  For more information about the program, go to the BASF website.
