to announce that M. Elaine Hammond has become a Partner with
Friedman Dumas & Springwater LLP effective January 1, 2008.
Ms. Hammond specializes in bankruptcy and restructurings.
She is a 1998 graduate of the University of North Carolina
School of Law and has been a member of the State Bar of California
since December 1998. Ms. Hammond clerked for the Honorable
Edward Jellen, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the Northern District of California.
