Dumas Inducted as Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy
Cecily
Dumas was inducted as a Fellow in the Class of 2010 by the American
College of Bankruptcy in the annual ceremony held at the United
States Supreme Court on March 12, 2010 in Washington D.C.
The
American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary professional and
educational association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals.
The College was formed in 1989 and has approximately 769 Fellows
who are chosen by a Board of Regents from among recommendations
received from the Circuit Admissions Council in each federal
judicial circuit. Fellows are selected on an invitation only
basis after having proven that they possess the "highest
professional qualifications and ethical standards," among
other qualifications.
Cecily
is a founding member of the firm, and concentrates her practice
in chapter 11 reorganizations, secured and unsecured financings,
equipment leasing and commercial litigation.
