Andrea Porter To Discuss Mediating in Hard Times at Contra Costa County Bar Association Event

Andrea Porter will join a panel to discuss "Mediating in Hard Times - Creative Resolution When Money is Tight" during one of the afternoon sessions of an all-day MCLE event given by the Contra Costa County Bar Association on November 18, 2011. She will discuss the impact of a threatened or actual subsequent bankruptcy filing by a party to a mediation.
