Springwater Co-Chairs Asset Based Distressed Debt Seminar

4/10/03 - Friedman Dumas & Springwater LLP partner Jane Springwater recently co-chaired the Commercial Finance Association's Asset Based Distressed Debt: Weathering the Storm seminar. Both Ellen Friedman and Jane Springwater gave presentations at the event. Ms. Springwater moderated a panel on distressed debt situations, workouts, foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Friedman presented Remedies under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
